Spring removal requests
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Some hot springs survive because few people know about them. A small pool in a riverbed has no parking, no toilets and no one to pick up litter. Publishing it can damage it within a season.
That is why this directory excludes springs that local communities want kept quiet, following the same rule as the open dataset we build on. If we have still listed a spring that you own, manage or care for, we will remove it.
How to ask
- Email contact@hotspringsfinderguide.com with the page address or the spring's name.
- You do not need to prove ownership or explain why.
- We will not publish your request or mention the spring anywhere else.
Removed springs stay removed when we refresh our data.
